GARLIC CHEESE ROUND AND VIDEO

GARLIC CHEESE ROUND

Garlic Keeper and Scapes

How exciting it was to harvest my first crop of garlic! The yield was not as plentiful as I had hoped for but definitely enough for me and mine to share for several months.

I have available 2 more of my garlic keepers. You can contact me via e-mail if you are interested in purchasing. They are $28. each. I prefer to use Paypal or I take checks. I prepared a little video below of me making the garlic round and sculpting the bas-relief face that adorns the top of each garlic keeper. They are all individually sculpted originals made with stoneware clay and non toxic glazes. Each are 5"high x 3 1/2" wide and deep.

  2. Hi Cheryl, your dish sounds wonderful. I've been hearing about scapes. I'll have to check my garlic out and see if I have some. Isn't it fun to grow your own "stuff!" I love having veggies outdoor. Loved your video, thank you for that and also your green blouse. I've been looking for a blouse like that with open shoulders but can't seem to find one. The green is beautiful as you. Take care.

  4. Hello Cheryl, how lovely to see and hear you on your video :) That recipe looks amazing. I have only recently started using fresh garlic - since getting a soup maker and I love it! I keep my garlic in the fridge - do you know how long it lasts in one of your garlic keepers? I think they are beautiful by the way and would be interested in purchasing one from you. How much would postage to the UK be though?

Your garlic crop is great! I've been asking my husband to perhaps grow some, but we've only a small garden and he thought they need a lot of room to grow.

Look forward to hearing from you x
